For TGA’s Got Talent ’26, I served as Show Director, overseeing the full production from September through to performance. I managed a company of 35, including performers and crew, coordinating all aspects of the event to ensure a smooth and professional show.
My responsibilities included designing and calling the show, planning advanced sound and microphone setups, creating lighting (LX) designs, and organising stage and backstage movements. I also coordinated all other production elements, from technical logistics to cue management, ensuring every act was supported and the event ran seamlessly. This role allowed me to lead a large team while shaping the creative and technical vision of a high-energy, multi-act performance.
